Creating content that’s inclusive and relatable is my go-to strategy. People love seeing themselves represented online and when something speaks to them, they share it with others. Share-ability increases reach, reach increases impact.

I am completely obsessed with Flyana Boss. They went from running around outside to running in Google offices. These young ladies have unapologetically themselves and it’s paying off. I look forward to seeing what they do in the future.
